    We liked the service of the two reception girls. Excellent attitude all the time. They were a PLUS all the time. They did the best they could with the resources they had. Location is very good. Internet is acceptable. Nice view from the breakfast room. The room where 3 of the kids stayed, a kind of duplex or two floor room one was acceptable. Better than the single floor ones.

    Amy and her family couldn't be more welcoming. They greeted us, introduced us to the local Lijiang tea, helped us book activities, and added us on Wechat so we could contact each other at any time. They made us a delicious breakfast every day with local ingredients and delicacies. Amy even washed our clothes for us. They also gave us excellent local plum wine. Highly recommend and hope we can go back.

    The shop family is very nice. When we went there, they didn't even see the room yet. He was very careful and told us which places were fun and where the food was delicious. He also told us when the bonfire dance would start and sent us all the location information. Their house is particularly beautiful, and I have a bad memory. I even asked him several times about the time of the bonfire, but the little brother didn't get tired of it. He replied to the news quickly, and I myself felt embarrassed

    Hailson and Vicky the main two colleague looking after hotel pets were very helpful. One of the highlight of the hotel is the in house pet zoo which my two kids enjoyed every day. Hotel has activities for children can easily not have gone outside. We did spent most of our 3 days in the hotel ground. The only pity is that we all got sick from an afternoon meal in the hotel (not sure what it was, may be it was sandwich with uncooked lettuce).

    I had an amazing time during my stay here! The location was prime and I loved how hopeful the staff was in helping us plan our trip. I traveled with my dad, sister, and grandma - the staff was so friendly in the accommodations and recommending activities that were family friendly. There's also a cute dog onsite!! Definitely recommend this place and would def come again 😊
