Everything was really nice, the room was large and clean, the people very helpful and friendly, the shuttle, the breakfast (the coffee!!!), thank you very much for it!

We had an incredible stay. and a big part of that was thanks to the amazing front desk team. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The receptionists, Belle, Juliya, Vivi, Lily, and Joey, were all outstanding – professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. They made check-in a breeze, gave us great recommendations for things to do around town, and were always available to assist with any questions or requests we had. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests truly made our experience memorable. Whether it was directions, extra amenities, or just a friendly chat, this team went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Lovely room, newly renovated, spacious, clean, really nice toiletries and the bed was comfortable. Also very instagrammable. The hotel staff was very helpful also, helped us book taxis, loaded luggage for us and even helped book tourist tickets.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Going above and beyond to help. They provided local tea, herbal foot bath and afternoon tea to give the guests a unique Chengdu experience. The rooms were not too big but well equipped and clean.
