The location from tianmen cablecar need 10-15 min walk. However, the service is amazing. They provide airport or train transfer for free. And they were very fast response if you need local guide via wechat. Also they can help you with booking all the ticket for Zhangjiajie. You can booked in advance via whatsapp they can speak english.. and pay later on the hotel. Which is very convenient.. as they will help to suggest which is better and what is better. MOST important they have late CO at 14:00 which is very helpful for us who have midnight flight. So we can have more rest. AND THE ROOM IS TOTALY SMART ROOM. Even the shower is digital.

This was a property that made me want to actively write a review. Our stay here was amazing! Perfect location, super close to the cable car for Tianmen mountain and close to bus for the zhangjiajie park. Rainbow and her family seem to run this hotel and they do it so well. They were ever so kind to even make a full plan for us when we requested and it worked out perfectly. The price was great and room was super clean and well lit. Good bathroom and absolutely no complaints at all. I could not recommend this place more. 10/10.

First of all, I want to talk about Jenny. She is a wonderful host. She bought my tickets for Zhangjiajie National Forest and Tianmen Mountain before I arrived. She told me where to visit on the map. She helped me with everything. She was my biggest luck in Zhangjiajie. She even opened her kitchen for me since I couldn't eat Chinese food :) She made Turkish food for them and we ate it together with great pleasure. Thank you for everything Jenny. The location of the hotel is great and it is 5-10 minutes walking distance to everywhere. The hotel and the rooms are very clean, modern and comfortable. There is hot water 24 hours a day and the room was very warm. It was one of the best places I stayed during my world tour. Hope to see you again

Great host, helped to booked tickets, arranged everything. Nice location, little bit outskirts of town, but has free transfer so it is OK. The place is decenet, nice location, clean room and bathroom. The stuff is super nice. The pool was also clean and refreshing in the warm.

The host were the highlights of this property. Never had we had a host that actually showed concern and care for their guests. Mr Liu gave me his lighter after the airport confiscated it on the way into Zhangjiajie. One night when we were late back, Mr Liu actually texted to ask if we were alright. That we got on the high speed train back to the hotel. We were touched. Mrs Liu listened to us prior to planning a detail route for our mountain trekking for 3 days. She is also a great cook that cooks personally for us for our breakfast throughout our stay there. Did I also mention they fetch is from the airport on our arrival and fetch us to the train station upon our departure. We were absolutely taken by their hospitality and wish all boutique hotels were like that all across the world. We are widely traveled and have yet to meet a host like them. Please stay there when in Zhangjiajie.

Located just of the cable car to Tianmen mountain,so brilliant.Two minutes walk and you could buy stuff for breakfast etc.Very helpfull lady,helped us with our trips and whatever we needed. Rooms were clean.Because we were there in February the weather was cold and the rooms were cold but there are heated sheets on the beds,just turn it on an hour before you go to bed and turn off when you get in the bed,beautiful feeling. For us it was perfect stay and would go back if I ever go back to Zhangjiajie.

Very tidy and clean room, the accommodation is situated in the heart of Zhangjiaje, on the touristic street which is full of great restaurants. The owner is very kind as I forgot my charger in the room and he's shipping it back to me. Highly recommended if you are in Zhangjiajie
