The staff were amazing, especially Fufu! The hotel is located 2 minute walk from the metro and is very clean. We got free breakfast and coffee which was lovely and a great saving! Breakfast had eggs, toast, fruit etc each morning. The room was excellent, clean and the shower was amazing with lots of hot water. Fufu booked the Great Wall tour, our tickets to the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square. She was so helpful and friendly, as were all of the staff. We would definitely come back again!

It is travellers choice hotel. Definitely exceeds expectations and for the money - surely a bargain! On top of it is near to shopping centre with lots of places to eat, also not far from underground (300-400m)

This property is in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the area. I especially loved the Chinese-style breakfast — it was authentic and delicious. Without doubt the best hotel in Beijing! Location is perfection, walking distance to major sites/shopping areas, right beside Metro stop (National Art Museum stop on Line 8). Staff were attentive, helpful, and excellent English. The hotel itself is an oasis of calm off the busy streets in Beijing, a pleasure to come back to and relax/refresh. Very much a Spa hotel the vibes are chill and relaxed. The Spa and Gym onsite are excellent also. Breakfast had a large selection and on the better side of breakfast buffets you'd see at a hotel. The room itself was big, particularly loved the bathroom with two sinks, big bath and a Japanese style toilet (always fun!) Overall this hotel was perfection, I would stay here again and recommend to anyone. Hotels are cheap in China, if this hotel was in Europe you'd be paying 4x the cost for a similar hotel. 10/10
