Everything was perfect, the apartment really feels like home with everything someone would need: Clean, huge and comfortable bed, spacious room, looot of closets, wash-machine ( including 2 bottles of detergent), good temperature and silence inside the room... Also the location is great, next to 2 metro stations and lot of restaurants around. Besides, all the staff are really friendly, can speak english and are always willing to help. If I come back to Beijing, I woul not even look for another place, I will stay here 100% sure

- Staff named Xiao Ling or Qiao Ling, she's the best. And one guy too. They help me to order food online thru their phone coz I don't have a China Number. Xiao Ling makes the experience like it's a 5-star hotel & always greets with a smile. A positive vibes in the front desk if she's there. - Location, a lot of metro stations nearby max 7 mins walk - There is a food joint that looks like a mall 5 mins walk - Affordable price & very safe - Clean everyday & snacks & water are replenished everyday - Unlimited coffee & tea in the lobby - Wifi is strong - Breakfast is delish

This property is in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the area. I especially loved the Chinese-style breakfast — it was authentic and delicious. For those who prefer Western options, don’t worry — they offer those as well, so there’s something for everyone. The staff were truly exceptional: warm, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, creating a calm and uplifting atmosphere. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the complimentary mineral water refreshed daily and the high-quality amenities provided in the room. Every detail felt intentional and added to the overall experience. If you're looking to surround yourself with good vibes and positive energy, this is the place to be!

The PuXuan Hotel in Beijing exceeded all expectations. From the impeccable service to the attention to every detail, our stay was flawless. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and catered to, while the cleanliness and elegance of the rooms made it feel like a true sanctuary. I even forgot a personal item at the hotel, and they were incredibly helpful in arranging to post it to me in Shanghai. Every corner of the hotel was thoughtfully designed, creating an atmosphere that was both luxurious and inviting. Highly recommend this beautiful place – it made our Beijing visit truly special!

We had a fantastic stay — it was flawless from the moment we made the booking, to after we checked out. Ahead of our stay, they made a booking for a restaurant on my behalf, and even rang me from abroad to discuss the best time to do up some decorations for the room as we were celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday and I wanted to surprise him. We were delighted to step into the room that evening with fresh flowers, balloons, and a neon “Happy Birthday” sign greeting us. Throughout our stay, the front desk, reservations team, concierge, and housekeeping team were so helpful, responding to all our messages swiftly and delivering service with utmost professionalism. The level of thoughtfulness, attention to detail, and overall service we experienced was truly unparalleled. The room was always spotless and we felt so comfortable staying there. Housekeeping also wrote us notes to inform us that they had rearranged my makeup on the counter so I could access it more easily (but that if I didn’t like it they wouldn’t touch it again), and that they had retrieved from the bin and set aside a box of (expired) medication just in case we had thrown it out by accident. We even came back one evening to find that they had cleaned our boots even though we hadn’t requested for a shoe shine service! Amazing location, and the facilities and amenities were great as well — we particularly enjoyed our 90min massage treatments at the hoteli spa, which deserves another 10/10 review altogether. Shoutout to Jenny from the reservations team, who made sure we were going to be well taken care of prior to us even setting foot in the country. Shoutout to front desk staff Nora too, who checked us in and out, and was so lovely, friendly, and warm — all smiles, eager to help, and even sent us off with a bath bomb as a little parting gift!

Luxurious and cool hotel with a laid back and cosy feeling. Very attentive staff, some of the with great English. Great breakfast buffet with some a la carte options. Situated centrally in Beijing in an area with some old buildings (the hotel also has Hutong suites even though we didn’t stay there). Decent size indoor pool and a good spa. We didn’t use the underground, but there was a metro/underground station a few minutes walk from the hotel. Would definitely recommend the hotel.
