From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by the friendly and attentive staff who made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. One of the highlights of my stay was the impeccable service provided by the hotel staff, in particular Miss Alina YU. Alina helped my check-in process which was seamless and efficient, allowing me to quickly settle into my room and begin my relaxing stay. She also provided detailed information about room features, hotel facilities, dining options, and local attractions. Afterwards she also made herself available for answering various queries. Whilst there were issues arisen during my stay, Alina is proactive in finding solutions. Whether it's a problem with the room, a request for extra amenities, or assistance with travel arrangements, she took immediate action to address the issue and ensure my satisfaction. In sum, it was a truly memorable experience that left me feeling rejuvenated. Please convey my sincere gratitude to your staff including Alina and I am eagerly looking forward to my next visit.
