The service was amazing from the moment we arrived. The room was very clean and neat. There where already 2 bottles of water provided. The breakfast was small but more then enough to start the day. The service was excellent. Even though they did not speak English very well. They made sure we could communicate. Arranging a taxi whenever we needed it. The location was amazing. Close to the metro station and only a few minutes by taxi away from the populair district El Poblado.

Everything! The location was great, near all the hot spots but in a quiet street so you don’t hear anything at night. The staff was super super friendly and the room was beautiful and clean.

We arrived on the 16th of November to Leblon Suites with the most wonderful welcome by Santiago. I had some issues with my card for the booking and Santiago managed that i could make the payment upon arrival. Our stay was wonderful, breakfast was good and with different choices every day, our room was always clean and the greeters at the entrance as we would come in or go out would always greet us nicely no matter how many times, we would you go in or out of the hotel. All of the workers were amazing, from the front desk crew, the waiters at the restaurant and the housekeeping. They definitely make you feel like you're at home. Leblon Suites is nearby restaurants, banks, pharmacies, Oviedo Mall, 2 blocks walking distance to Santa Fe Mall, near to a 24 hour Farmatodo, you have a Starbucks nearby and so many other cool places around. Main thing for us was safety and it sure was and easily accessible to all where we needed to go. We will sure be back to Leblon Suites!!!

Hours before check in I asked them if they could decorate the room with rose petals which I had with me. They did. And after checking in hours later and entering the room, it looked beautiful.
