I liked everything in the hotel, the employees were so attentive and helpful, I didn't count that they provided a staff to grab your baggage. Besides they offered free water, free coffee and tea, the room was very clean and well smelling. Basically nothing to complain about. The hotel was so good that sometimes we rather stay in the hotel than the city.

by far the best value for money on the island – clean, nice, and very spacious. Gigliola was very kind and helpful throughout my stay. I originally booked for a shorter visit but ended up extending for two more nights because I liked it so much. The location is also a big plus: it’s on a quiet street, which is not always easy to find in San Andrés. In general compared to many shady places on the island where you have old installations, dirty rooms, no water etc this one is a rare asset. Highly recommend!

My family trip to San Andres was amazing. Mrs. Eymy and Mr. Simmonds were very exceptional with us. They had everything ready for us before we arrive at the building. They were waiting for us. The customer service at Santa Catalina exceeded my expectations. It was the same customer services we had at USA or Europe. I recommend this place. I will come back with my family. Amazing!

Its a family hostel, so señora Luz's family runs it. Everyone is very gentle and kind, and señora Luz makes a mean breakfast. The bedrooms are very confortable, my matress was a little weird, but overall the suite is 👌🏽. Internet also worked charmly and we had a lot of animals around us. The beach is near, but not the main beach, but a little one wich has rocks so wear the beach shoes that the hostel offers (they also lend you snorkel gear which is great). Shared kitchen was very organized and everything is very clean. Overall a very nice place to stay, tottaly recommend it.
