Very clean, comfortable and spacious property. Loved having use of washing machine and chairs out the front to enjoy a morning coffee watching the birds. Host very helpful and accommodating. Great location, short walk to restaurants and the pier.

Absolutely fabulous place. After half an hour hike through the forest you arrive to this well maintained place. True that the eating depends on what you bring with you but there is always someone who has more than needs. The trails are great and very well marked.

The best place we stayed in Costa Rica. Dario and Frederica have set up something special here in Dos Brazos, near the Corcovado National Park. Set in the heart of the jungle, in a lovely small Gold Mining village this beautiful guest house is a fantastic place to stay. Great welcome, the most comfortable bed, shower and space of our trip so far. A lovely fresh breakfast, great self catering facilities (but Frederica is a chef and will cook your dinner). Watching the jungle birds from their deck was a true joy. They went out of their way to book us a guide for a day exploring the jungle - a shout out to Jose who was a brilliant tour guide to the jungle. He grew up in the village, was fantastically knowledgeable about animals, history and Costa Rican life. Speaking excellent English. He is also a great artist - get him to show you the furniture he makes. Dos Brazos is also worth a mention such a lovely little village, the residents there welcomed guests so warmly, everyone we met had a smile and hola. Try the homemade ice creams advertised from small house! Perfect treat after a hot walk. La Casita means little house, but this is a little house with a big heart thanks to Dario and Frederica’s love and attention to detail. Perfect in every way and I wish we could have stayed longer (forever!). grazie per la vostra accoglienza e ospitalità. è un piacere conoscervi entrambi.

I had a spacious, clean and quiet apartment with air-conditioning and a well-equipped kitchen. Due to the central location the airbnb was close to everything and felt very safe. The owner couple is super friendly, they even picked me up at the bus station when I arrived. They were very attentive during my whole stay, but always respected my privacy.

Beautiful quiet and peaceful location with great balcony for watching the wildlife. Saw so many scarlet macaws, parrots and even a kingfisher from the balcony! Very well equipped kitchen and good shower. A/C worked well and comfy bed. Garden area was lovely and even some bikes to use. Friendly host who gave us some fantastic recommendations!
