The breakfast was amazing and exceeded our expectations by far! The athomsphere within the hotel is wonderful with lots of plants and rooftop to relax. Staff was super helpful and location is very central of Tarrafal

Our experience was a wonderful one. From the walk introducing us to the location to the mosquito netting in each room, the service and facilities truly matched the B&B feel. The food was delicious and the sustainability and care for use was always present. The people were kind and generous with their time, and their pleasantry was almost infectious. Dinner is made in a very small kitchen and the wait is a bit longer than usual, but the food was spectacular and the patio area, with the sea and its sound in the distance, made the wait worthwhile. We would recommend it fully, even thought the surrounding area still needs developing the overall environment is lovely and worth the stay.

King Fisher Village has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a terrace and bar in Tarrafal. Built in 1997, the property is within 700 metres of Mar di Baxu Beach.

The rooms were very comfortable , it had everything we needed . The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were very clean. The location is amazing, we had an amazing view. The facilities were very good. We loved the pool ! Our room had a hammock that we enjoyed a lot. The hotel staff is super helpful and kind. The hotel also offers hikes and bike tours which is a lovely bonus. And if you are into diving the hotel is right next to a great diving center.

Nice, spacious room with large bathroom and balcony. A bit old-fashioned (which added some charm) but fully comfortable. Excellent big breakfast, including a cachupa with egg - a welcome energy boost before a day of hiking! Location in the centre of Assomada which is not exactly a beatiful town but has a purely local feel and an excellent location for hiking in the interior of the Santiago island. Some hikes are accessible on foot, some by taking an aluguer (minibus) - and the aluguer station is just a few steps away from Asa Branca. Some previous guests complained about street noise but we had a room at the back and it was quiet.
