Wonderful stay at the Orquidea. Guest House in very good location next to the beach and a 10 mins. gentle stroll into Sal Rei for restaurants etc. The owners were also most helpful.

The apartment was perfect for two people, comfortable bed, quite big bathroom and kitchen with everything you need. Rooftop view is amazing. The location is perfect - 1min from the beach. José is very nice, he takes care of anything you need, responds very quickly and makes the stay problem free.

Lovely, friendly, helpful staff. Delicious breakfast cooked to order. Fridge space available for personal use. Honesty book for purchasing water/beer/wine. Hosts provided all the information needed for restaurants and getting around.

The room was the perfect size for a working traveler or a couple with a a nice bedroom and big living room/kitchen. The outside area is super cute and it’s close to the beach and the city. Great value for money! But the real gem of the property is its owner. Fabio is helpful, sweet, and goes above and beyond what a host usually provides.
