The property was fantastic, the owners have thought of everything and even left us lots of little gifts. We especially loved the hot tub and the fire place (owners left plenty of wood) .

Loved the style of the place - cooky and vintage. The old school gaming pinball machine and gaming station gave us an unexpected evening of fun. There’s so a jukebox filled with great music - the neighbours were probably sick of me after 2 days of choosing a new song!! Amazing spread for breakfast from meats, cheeses, eggs, etc. We also fell in love with the friendly neighbour cats. Everything was just gorgeous.

The cottage itself is great, very confortable beds. Great location on the mountains. Plenty of food included in price for breakfasts. Very easy to get hold of owner. She very kindly swapped our night very last minute with no extra cost.

This is an ideal place in summer. In Alona (the village where "To Apokentro" is situated) the temperature is 8-10 grades less than on the shore. So, it's much more comfortable in July and in August. 1nd. The house is perfect. Fully equipped and extraordinarily clean. 2rd. The owner is great. If the internet is slow, he fixes it. If you want some local food, he brings it. If you have any questions, he answers. And does not disturb you! 3rd Very quiet place. You can walk for an hour and don't meet a car. People in the village are very friendly (but don't speak English well) and ready to help. Be ready to say "Yasas" or "Hello" 15-20 times per hour). And the last thing. If you work remotely, this is a great place! Nothing disturbs you and you can focus!

    We had a wonderful stay here & would 100% recommend it! The owner was so welcoming, and even left wine, fruit & cold water for us. The apartment is new, clean, & fresh and very comfortable. The outdoor area is great for relaxing, & well set up for kids with play equipment & a pool. It was a great base to explore the mountains. We walked to a local winery (15mins walk) and also drove to visit the monasteries & painted churches.
