Very friendly welcome. Beautiful views. Easy parking. And a very comfortable appartement. Everything was there . We stayed only 1 night, next time we like to spend longer in this very nice appartement. And not to forget the lovely garden, next to the young deer and the cattle.

Everything was perfect!! Amazing hospitality and very warm and friendly host. The breakfast was 10/10 with many home made jams and marmalades. Our host Frau Kuchler was extremely helpful and welcoming and helped us with tips and suggestions. The Guest House itself is located in a beautiful peaceful location amidst nature and recently renovated. We visited in winter to celebrate our anniversary and for the winter activities around Lam. We will come back again in Summer!

Very good value for money, with a comfortable albeit simple room and a very nice and varied breakfast. The location is right along one of the accessory trails of the Goldsteig, making it a good spot for a stay along your trip.
