like they always say in business, location, location,location, well Hotel stadt soest has it. if your a tourist this is definitely the place to stay, walking distance to everything in Soest, outdoor restaurants, shops, even a nice small tavern next door where you can sit outside and relax.. the rooms are very nice, very clean, no carpet on the floors which I prefer as the floors are much cleaner, yes hot water, and a place to park if you have rental car. and last the staff and owner are super nice and accommodating. its the old world German charm you are looking for

    Nice quiet spacious room with good beds. We enjoyed the balcony in the evening. The provided baby bed was good. We appreciated the free bathrobes and entry to the swimming pool. A good and secure parking. Very friendly and service minded staff. Last but not least, the breakfast is a solid 10/10!

    All the provided services have been great. The room was very big and comfortable. The staff was great and the breakfast quite good and diverse. They also provided a cot for our baby.

    Fantastic family room, with extensive room for good sized double plus two children in single beds. Well furnished. Hotel is lovely. Swimming pool excellent. Breakfast was incredibly well done (once you work out its a case of seat yourself). Staff really helpful. Bad Sassendorf a lovely town.
