Breakfast was Ok, standard eggs, ham, coffee… Very nice panorama from restaurant. Very close to s-bahn station and good connection to Berlin city. Close to hotel is parking for your car and shopping mall. Near hotel it is nice silent nature area for walking and running.

Very friendly staff, super quick check in. The apartment looks brand new, is very clean and has all amenities in it including a full kitchen. Nice and quiet location with plenty of parking space available. Messe Berlin is approx. a 35 min drive. As we combined a business visit to Berlin with a family visit in in Schwante this was a perfection location and stay in all aspects.

This place really deserves its high rating - everything is outstanding and price for value is just the best we have ever seen. We were very happy to stay and enjoy this lovely home, tasty breakfast rolls, amazing neighbourhood and really outstanding hospitality. Many thanks, family Lietz, for making our holiday so great!

Neighbourhood was relaxed and lots of restaurants. Staff was exceptional, laundry facilities were amazing (yes!), apartments were very spacious and beautiful, treats in the reception, . We met the owner by coincidence. Clear to see why it's such a lovely place to stay!

    The house is spacious for a family, it was clean and cozy. The facilities are very good, much more than average airbnb houses offer (several coffee machines, plenty of utensils and many more), we enjoyed the terrace on a rainy day. The communication and check in/out was easy. We would definitely come back!
