We had a wonderful stay at this lovely and exceptionally clean apartment. The facilities were excellent — everything was modern, well thought out, and tastefully decorated with a fresh maritime style. We especially appreciated the little luxuries like a mini-sauna, a well-stocked minibar at fair prices, and the fast internet connection. The TV came with Disney+ and Netflix, which kept the kids entertained during quiet moments. The apartment was very family-friendly, and the hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their warmth and hospitality truly touched us — from the welcome candies and water bottles on arrival to the thoughtful chocolate and souvenir gift on departure. The location is great, close to the North Sea. We visited Büsum, St. Peter-Ording, and even made a trip to Legoland in Billund — it was a great base camp for all these destinations. Parking right at the doorstep was convenient, and our kids loved the playground in the garden, perfect for some outdoor fun. We would definitely book again! This is a highly recommended place for families looking for a cozy, well-equipped, and genuinely welcoming home.

We stayed just one night at this hotel, but I could easily imagine extending the stay — the rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed with a perfect mix of elegance and modern style. Everything felt fresh and well cared for, making it a very comfortable place to relax. Parking was pre-booked in the hotel courtyard, and I loved the thoughtful touch of having our surname displayed on the reserved spot — it felt personal right from the start. At €10 per day, it was convenient and fairly priced. Breakfast was a highlight of our short stay. There was plenty of variety, with everything fresh and well-prepared. The bread rolls were still warm, and the croissants were perfectly crisp and flaky. The two young women working in the breakfast area were attentive without being intrusive, checking in to see if everything was fine. They even lit a candle on our beautifully set table, which added such a cozy and special touch to the morning atmosphere. We didn’t use the spa area or the pool since we were only there for one night. The pool was closed for maintenance, but we had already read about it on Booking.com when making our reservation, and the hotel had also informed us in advance — clear communication that we appreciated. Overall, even though it was a brief visit, the combination of comfort, thoughtful service, and attention to detail left a great impression. We would be happy to return — not only to the hotel, but also to the beautiful and charming town of Friedrichstadt.
