The house is so beautiful and the apartment is exceptional with lovely original features. In a great location a 10 minute walk to a choice of 2 train stations. It was spotlessly clean, and very comfortable with a lovely bathroom and kitchen. The 3 double rooms were a generous size, with lots of hooks and storage. Petra is a great host, very friendly and helpful and has made things just prefect for guests. Thank you Petra. Will certainly be back if we're in the area again.

Everything was great. Hotel is in a good place, staff is friendly and check in process is simple. Staff is eager to answer quickly to all questions. Hotel parking is paid, but there is lots of free parking places around the building.

    As I came to the region to find out a bit more about Marx and Engels, it was ironic to stay in the Fabrikantenvilla. It is a well maintained, family run, b&b in a beautiful historic setting. There are many small things that make the stay more attractive. Well worth it.
