We agree with the many other positive reviews about this hotel and can highly recommend it. Our room was spacious, stylish and comfortable. We enjoyed using the sauna. The breakfast and the evening meals we had in the restaurant were excellent. We particularly noticed how attentive the staff were. They really care about their guests.

Breakfast was excellent and varied, full of local products and homemade jams. Drinks and juices are free but if you want anything fancy (espresso, cappucino, tea), you will have to add extra. The location was fabulous, a little gem amidst a "Heidi-worthy" landscape. Service (at reception, breakfast) was warm and welcoming. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a peaceful weekend where pretty much everything around you is an invitation for hiking or biking.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location, between the old castle and the river, is ideal for exploring Arnsberg, while also being easily accessible by car. The hotel was recently renovated.
