First time my wife and I booket an appartment instead of a hotel. We were positively surprised by what we got for the money. Cute little appartment in tip top condition. There was everything we needed and it was great that our 2 dogs were welcome. A short walk away there was a nice restaurant with good good. Best recommendations from here.

The apartment was superb. Very spacious and well designed with lots of natural light. Everything was very clean The facilities were excellent including fast wifi, dishwasher and matching machine. Great kitchen and main living area. Renovated in an old building it was comfortable, stylish and very convenient to the Lohrheidestadion and to Bochum Wattenscheid town centre. Andre was an excellent host (fluent in German, English and Spanish) who went out of his way to make sure I had what I needed. I used the main bedroom (large double bed): the apartment had 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms each with a shower. I loved the double hung windows which allowed a good breeze in while maintaining privacy.

Very comfortable business hotel, close to the subway and with some nice restaurants at walking distance. Easy access to Messe Essen. Breakfast was good and staff was always nice and kind. Room was spacious and cozy.
