Exceptional quality and value for money. The spa is super clean and extremely well organized and the hotel is modern and well organized. The staff were welcoming and really friendly. The location is quiet and located just by the lake so it is a super relaxing place to stay.

This flat is superb! It comes equipped with all the amenities you could need and is furnished with top quality pieces. The inclusion of all Miele appliances adds a touch of luxury, especially the automatic coffee machine which is a real treat. Both the bed and sofa bed are extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The access to a small garden is a fantastic feature, especially for those with small children—it's a safe and enjoyable space for them to play. Michaela is a super host, attentive and helpful, making our stay even more pleasant. I’ll definitely be back again!

The interior design was spectacularly well done. The room was very comfortable, it even had a rocking chair, and tea and coffee was available in the lobby at all times. The rooms had triple glazing and no traffic could be heard. The city of Konstanz offered free travel with public transport as part of any stay, making it easy to get around. The hotel issued the pass. While the hotel was a bit outside of the city centre, it was easy to get into town with the free bus ticket.

I loved the location – just a few hundred meters from the Swiss border in one direction and a short walk to the charming old town in the other. The staff were extremely polite and genuinely committed to making the stay as comfortable as possible. You really feel cared for throughout your time there. The room was spacious, had a pleasant scent, and stood out with its beautiful design and thoughtful layout. A truly enjoyable and relaxing experience.

    Great breakfast with lots of truly vegan options, including iogurt, ham and two varieties of cheese. Beautiful and cosy rooms with all the comodities, including coffee and tea. A very friendly staff who were pacient with our wondering toddler. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel with direct connection to the train station/lake and the tickets are included in the city tax. As animals are admitted the family cat has able to enjoy the experience with us.
