Fantastic location, extremely clean, great breakfasts, and the staff were so lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our three nights staying here. Loved having a balcony to spend the evenings on with a bottle of wine from the hotel. Easy to find great places to eat each evening and parking couldn't have been easier.

The buffets for dinner and breakfast were wonderful, we really enjoyed the food. The beds were the comfiest of all the beds we slept in while in Germany. The location was perfect for doing the walk up to Berg Eltz in the morning.

This is my second time booking here. Specifically because they were so amazing the first time. The personal touch the owners give when youre staying there is amazing. My mom joined last minute, which wasnt a problem at all. At the dinner reservation they put down a little sign with mother and daughter and our last name. They were always happy and joyful and always had time for a little personal chat. It's lovely to see that it's a real family owned business. Ow and the food was amazing! Im a picky eater, however everything was really tasteful.

Clean, good breakfast and dinner. Great saunas and sweet family. The views from our hotel room were like a fairy tale. We want to day thanks to the grandma at the Service for helping us out. She was very sweet and we won’t forget her.

    The breakfast was adequate with a good selection on offer.The rooms were on the small size in particular the toilet,but this is to be expected in what would in England be described has an old coaching Inn.It had recently been renovated to a high standard,but managed to keep its old world charm.An ideal small hotel in which to explore the local area.

    Very nice owner who took good care of us (to have checkin details), and also helped us on the phone by providing additional details. The appartement is fully equipped (no air conditioning, but has a fun), very clean and has a rest area. The owner also recommended a nice place for breakfast.
