The hotel is beautiful and exceeding my expectations. It's beautifully furnished, spacious and clean. Our train was delayed so we would arrive after midnight. I called the receptionist after 10PM and she was very sweet, kind and understanding. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast fresh and delicious. Regarding the stay, I have absolutely no complaints. I would stay in this hotel again if I was in Görlitz.

Great welcome from the receptionist., along with advice on where I could find dinner (it was a Sunday so the hotel's restaurant was closed). Good location, about 5 minutes walk from the main railway station (South Entrance). Quiet peaceful surroundings. Room was clean and well-equipped.

We had a wonderful stay! The two bathrooms were perfect for our family, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The apartments were very clean, the beds comfortable, and it was great that the hotel is pet-friendly.
