In a word, everything! The place is beautiful! The views are to die for! The spa and pool is fantastic! But most of all the staff is unbelievable!!! Every single member of staff we encountered was amazing. Always smiling and ready to help with any and everything. A sense of humor and familiarity but always with the utmost respect. A proper 5 star experience and we can’t wait to go back!

Wow! the scenery here is spectacular. I hope to add photos to the review at a later date. The farm stands in acres of land with mountains all around and amazing views of the snowcapped Hochkalter and Watzman mountains. There are fabulous walks in the area. We did a walk through the Marchenpfad forests with lovely wood carvings all the way through and the most amazing views all around. This is alpine scenery at its best. This was a great base, away from it all, for Berchestgaden and Konigsee Lake. This is a very beautiful area. I imagine it can get very busy in Summer. Our hosts were very welcoming, our room was warm, cosy and ultra clean with a mini kitchen with fridge. They also sell a range of beautiful, local produce of all sorts which are displayed very nicely in the reception area. There is an honesty bar where you can help yourself to drinks and you just write them on a slip of paper. The owners also put a lot of effort into their floral decorations and outside ambience with lounging chairs and blankets. With lambs playing right outside. We had a fabulous stay, thank you!

Very nice hotel. Perfect location in the middle of the city center. Convenient parking, with direct access to the hotel. Very nice SPA-area, with large indoor and outdoor pool. Nice breakfast and dinner.

Extraordinary services and facilities, own restaurant, bar, coctails, wellness area with sauna and steam bath with resting rooms around, free tea, etc. Breakfast was plenty, and a lot to choose from, including such extras like smoked salmon and trout, freshly baked buns, etc. Location is just a few hundred meter away from the Austrian border - rather quiet surrounding, but the next bigger town Berchtesgaden is a good 10 if not 15 minutes by car. Room has minibar, extra bath towels and bathrobes are provided for the wellness/bath area.

This 4-star hotel is located 2 km from Schönau am Königssee and enjoys views of the Alps. It features spacious rooms, a wellness area with indoor and outdoor pools, and free parking.

This is a beautiful loft apartment in a beautiful location. We arrived by train and it's an easy, flat 10 minute walk from the station to the apartment. Keys were easy to find. Belinda, the host, is very helpful and supportive. The apartment is well appointed and a cosy, comfortable 'home'. The beds are very comfortable and the shower is great. Since it's a loft apartment, it is necessary to carry luggage up two flights of stairs. There is a supermarket about 5 minutes away, also on the flat. To get into Berchtesgaden, it is a steep, short walk up the hill. Or it is possible to walk to the station and get a bus up the hill. The bus connections from the station are excellent. We were able to get the bus to Salzburg right near the house.
