The host was ill and we felt sorry for her and let her go to rest. The place was immaculate and very comfortable. There was plenty of tea and coffee. It was like being at home from home. Everything you needed was here.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Ochsen. The room was lovely and the breakfast was superb. The hotel is right at the start of the old town. The owners were delightful and went out of their way to help us.

Its a cool place. A hotel with horse stables. The owners are the nicest people you will ever meet! Unfortunately for us was the restaurant closed due to a private party. But there are a few small local restaurants nearby. Breakfast is great. But the highlights are the owners. Who are sooooo very nice and friendly. And they have a great very sweet dog… A great place to stop on your way to or from Italy.

Property was as in the photos. Impressed by the ambiance sound on the hallway. The staff was amazing , first guy that checked me in was so friendly that even showed me a local barber shop. Lucas as well really nice guy.

Super friendly staff, beautiful place, homey and cozy, historic, close to everything, got a very nice recommendation for a number of places around, the gentleman at the reception took his time to talk me through everything I might be interested in and was curious to listen as well for what I wanted to know about.
