I have never experienced such fantastic help Airport transfers were easy I urgently needed a dentist. Staff met me at airport to get my suitcase and took it back to hotel. They also organised a driver to take me to the dentist and he waited for me and dropped me back to hotel ABSOLUTELY THE BEST SERVICE! Breakfast was delicious with ecuadorian selections as well

I stayed at Bellini 3-4 for a week and really enjoyed the place. The one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment with a full kitchen and washer/dryer was very convenient for staying with kids. The 17-story building feels very secure, with guards and cameras throughout, and has an Olympic-size outdoor pool with amazing views. Guests are given a keychain tag to access doors and elevators. The location in Puerto Santa Ana is excellent, right on the promenade leading to Malecón 2000, with beautiful views of the Guayas River and city lights, as well as plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I also want to thank our landlord, Martha Montesinos, who was extremely helpful, attentive, responsive, and friendly. She provided everything I needed for the apartment, such as extra blankets and kitchen supplies, and even helped me receive international mail through DHL by providing the correct address. Overall, my stay was comfortable and easygoing.

I spent two days in Guayaquil. The hotel is close to the airport and a shuttle was waiting for me at the exit of the airport. Every thing was fine including the foods at the hotel restaurant , I recommend .

This was our second stay, as we really liked the place first time round. Maria was really helpful, sharing with us advice on things to do around Guayaquil and some tips for visiting the Galapagos. She even helped us organise our onward journey to Peru! Since we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome. They offered us lemonade and some delicious homemade snacks. The place was always clean and the location is great for the airport / bus terminal. Plus there is a cosy terrace on the top floor which a great spot to hang out! Overall a fantastic stay. The hotel is an old Guayaquilean House converted into a hotel in a proper way. The facilities are exactly as in the pictures. Urdesa is a good location to stay in case you need to move around Guayaquil. The staff is very kind and the treatment is like in a home. They are always willing to help you with your requests.
