The greatest stay ever ! Islam and his team were super cool bringing falafel or shisha or coffee or just a nice conversation . The location is very close to the pyramids , so one can chill on the terrace in the morning. Definitely come back!❤️

I happen to stay at this place by accident and found it too good to be consider again whenever I will be in Cairo. From airport pickup to all the things I did in Cairo, they really were extremely supportive. Their staff is amazing. Loved the cleanliness and view from the rooftop, their food is full of taste, a lot of variety and very economical. They offer complimentary breakfast which is really good and afternoon/sunset tea coffee with a variety of pastries and biscuits which is again complimentary. They offer a variety of tour services which are very reasonable as their guides are really good. I would highly recommend this place to all those who are coming in groups or a solo traveler like me.

My stay at The St. Regis was truly exceptional from start to finish. The hotel exceeded all my expectations in every way. One of the standout features for me was the impeccable cleanliness—every corner of the property felt spotless and well-maintained, creating an atmosphere of pure comfort and luxury. The on-site restaurant was another highlight. The quality of the food, the presentation and the variety offered were all outstanding. Every meal was a delight, with fresh ingredients and thoughtful service making each dining experience special. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and feels brand new with a modern yet elegant aesthetic throughout. What truly sets The St. Regis apart, though, is the staff. Every team member I encountered was incredibly professional, warm and genuinely eager to help. Their attention to detail and personalised service went far beyond my expectations.     The property was very spacious and ideal for families with children. Cairo is a very busy city and having a large villa with pool where the kids and adults can chill and unwind was a blessing. When I say the host was brilliant I really mean it. He was available whenever you needed him. His staff were very helpful and went out of their way to help us. The host Mohamed arranged us cars, food, cleaning, shopping and was always there for any questions we had.

    We traveled as family, two kids and baby. The hotel is centrally located in the city. We used the hotel's transportation service to get there. It was a bit expensive but efficient, especially useful for late-night arrivals. The staff was very kind and helpful, and offered us a larger room with three beds for the kids. The room was clean and well-maintained, featuring a refrigerator, TV, good air conditioning, and large beds.

    It was considerably close to the airport in a very quiet area, accessible by taxi to all monuments, malls and markets. Pool was fun with very cheap food specially for families with kids! Staff even though they were struggling with the English language they were very helpful!!!
