Outstanding service, beautiful sea-view room, and amazing facilities (especially the pools and loungers). The food was excellent — highlights were the wagyu bao bun and hispi cabbage — and the breakfast was truly exceptional. Great atmosphere with friendly staff, valet parking (incl. EV charging), and helpful communication via WhatsApp.

The house and location were excellent. A real beach house where you are just a few steps away from the ocean and an amazing beach (best one in the area) with a couple of great, super chilled chiringuitos to have great spanish food and drinks. The house is super comfortable and fully equipped with everything you may need for a pleasant stay (from a fully equipped kitchen to beach loungers and great barbecue set). The ocean view from the house is stunning, particularly from the upstairs relaxing terrace. We also enjoyed a lot the beautiful swimming pool where there was very few people (in august!) and a lifeguard for the kids. We stayed in the house with 2 kids (7 and 5) and it was a perfect family holiday. We will definitely be back.

We needed accommodation for two nights between visiting Gibraltar and flying out of Malaga. For these purposes the apartment was great. Nice spacious apartment with a terrace within a large golf complex. Outdoor pool available, parking in the car park in front of the reception or on the street. Great privacy.

Wow, great hotel in a wonderful location. Our room was beautiful with the best shower I have ever had! Breakfast was really nice with everything you could wish for. A special mention to all the staff. The welcome when we arrived to our departure was exemplary just sensational. Everyone was so polite and friendly. This is a brand new hotel and we would highly recommend a stay here when in the area of Sotogrande.

We stayed in the Grand Royal, the experience was great. Lots of space, two bathrooms, everything you may need to cook or just enjoy your meal (or "aperitivo") on the rooftop, while a refreshing wind blows around you in the sofa. Service was excellent, some issues with parking were ironed out with a WhatsApp message. There's a bike you can ride which will allow you to quickly zip around the town in case you may need something. It's also few meters from the border for visiting Gibraltar. The marina is huge, with plenty of space to park and additional facilities like self-laundry, and the sight seeing frome the house boat is charming. So, definitely recommend, and by the way, the smaller houses look great as well.

    Great location only a short walk to restaurants and a nice beach. Lovely clean and spacious pool. Good value for a family group. Very helpful receptionist who organised a taxi for us to get to the airport.

    We had a real nice appartement on the ground floor, that was really nice because we were travelling with a small child. The pool was nice and it's closeby the beach. With a car you can travelling easily to other destinations as it's also close to the A7 and AP7.
