The apartment was new, very spacious and well thought to provide a comfortable stay. In my case we were a family of 6 with two elderly and two kids, and having a lift in the building and two bathrooms inside the apartment was very convenient. It will be my first choice if I come back to Úbeda.

The building is beautiful, and not overly renovated. The situation is exceptional, on a major, beautiful, historical pedestrian square. Although I reserved the cheapest room, I had the pleasant surprise to be accommodated in a very large, lavishly furnished room, with a huge bathroom and entrance hall. It was very quiet, too. The air conditioning was almost totally silent. I felt very much at home. The restaurant is excellent. The maître de was absolutely perfect.

It was all great. We love the location, space, communication with the host. The house was very well prepared and clean, it had everything we needed to comfortably stay including cutlery, dishes, pots etc, etc. It is also very big, spacious, quality and very well maintained property. We felt like in our own family home. It is very close to Mercadona supermarket, and restaurants. We travel a lot across the Europe, and this one was one of the best we ever stayed. Well done Rafa y Lucia. We are going to arrange another stay next Easter if You agree

It is a beautiful house, in beautiful, tranquil grounds, surrounded by olive groves and an absolutely monumental view (encompassing at least three different mountain ranges). Our host was also totally charming. I honestly have no qualms. reservations or doubts in giving it a full 10/10. The kids loved it, we loved it. It was truly exceptional.
