Beautiful place to stay, very friendly owner, Robert. Spotless throughout. Very comfortable bed. Lovely gardens , pool ,firepit, outside seating area. Had dinner there that evening..food is available to cook.you pay for it when you leave. I would stay here again. A beautiful stop on the Portuguese Camino. Thank you!

This hotel is incredible - right next to the Santiago de Compostela, the location couldn't be more perfect. The room we had was so large, we thought there had been a mistake, but no - it's just an incredible property, and you do feel like Medieval Catholic Royalty when you stay there. The breakfast was delicious - although it was our first time experiencing tableside service for ordering omelettes etc ( we are used to just going up to an egg station to order!) so we were patiently guided back to our table and told to wait for the waiter to come around, which we both thought was funny! Breakfast had so many Galician specialties on it as well, we tried as much as possible, and it was all delicious. We loved walking through the hotel interior and the inner courtyards as well - it's incredibly beautiful. All of the staff were so courteous and friendly - and very patient with all of our questions. We had dinner at the Tapas restaurant our second night and would absolutely recommend it - the seafood was incredible. Even my vegan partner was chowing down on shrimp and scallops ( we joke that he is now 'Spanish Vegan' ) - and the price was more than fair.
