Very beautiful apartments. Could stay here much longer. Everything is new, very well furnished with washing machine, fully equipped kitchen (just oven is missing). Possible to drive the car closer to the house to unpack the things and than park it at the entrance. Nice big swimming pool also it is quite close to the beach. Also staff is very friendly and helpful.

You really feel like you’re staying in someone’s home, there are so many personal touches everywhere, which makes it really special. Cesar, our host, kindly met us early and showed us everything; and he’d really thought of everything, even down to providing bottles of water, bread, milk and coffee. The apartment is very spacious, exceptionally well equipped, super comfy, spotlessly clean and contains everything you could possibly need, even for a long stay. The uninterrupted views are superb, down to the harbour and right across the bay. The parking is brilliant, a secure underground facility immediately below the apartment, the lift comes right up in the front on the flat. The nearest tapas bar is only 100yds away and is also excellent, lovely food and excellent value. It’s a bit of a stroll up from the harbour if you go down there for a meal, but worth it; Luarca has some very good restaurants. We’re in our 70’s and it wasn’t a struggle, just a bit of effort needed. We’re on a road trip through Cantabria and Asturias and Luarcaplaya is without doubt the best property, together with the best host, that we’ve booked; and by a long way.

We liked everything. The house, the facilities, the pool, the common areas, etc, everything was super clear and in perfect condition. The hosts were great too, always available to ensure you get the most of your stay. Nature is literally at your door steps with access to several walks, woordlands, mountains, etc.

Nice garden filled with flowering camelias. Very good shower facilities in room. Lovely view over the countryside from the window. Nice, lively bar and restaurant close by. Great walking trails along the coast., which is just 1.5 km away. Easy access to motorway.
