The location is just 35 minutes from Bilbao in a lush setting near a lake/reservoir. There are lovely gardens. The accommodation is very new and fresh. Rober provides drinks, coffee and tea in the room. We didn't use the sauna as it was summer, but it is a nice touch for a chilly night.

Sweet family. I left my earrings there and they were kind enough to send them back to me. Their house is more than 500 years old but they've done a great job renovating and it has an artistic feel to it. Great location. Beautiful place.

The accommodation is modern, everything was new and in great shape. The hotel has a strong accent on eco-sustainability, and I need to add that this is without compromising comfort. The room was spacious, clean, and with good soundproofing. The complimentary rooftop infinity pool and the adjacent terrace offer wonderful views of the city. We went to Vitoria-Gasteiz during the local fiestas, and this was a great location to explore the city and attend the events. We would be happy to come back.
