The house itself is a masterpiece—beautifully restored with impeccable taste, blending traditional charm with modern comfort. The breakfast from the local artisan patisserie was a highlight: fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared. It was the perfect way to start each day and the convenience of requesting it made mornings feel indulgent and easy. And then there’s Marisín—the heart of the experience. Warm, attentive, and genuinely lovely; she made sure everything was perfect. Her hospitality added a personal touch that elevated our stay from great to unforgettable. Everything about our stay was perfect. It's a great place for a long weekend in L'Ampolla. You'd need a car to be able to properly explore the Delta del Ebro (which we didn't have), but there's also lots to do near Ampolla, including a wonderful boat rides to visit a mussel farm, the coastal walk to Ametlla, and visiting the main little beaches nearby. The apartment is very centrally located in the town, and a 5 min walk from the station. It's very charmingly decorated inside, with bare stone walls. We really appreciated having the little kitchen to be able to make breakfast in the morning. We had the top floor apartment and it was very quiet at night despite being on a small street opposite a restaurant. The property has a cute little roof terrace which we were also allowed to access.
