What a fantastic new apartment in the heart of Antibes on the vibrant Rue Aubernon. Beautifully decorated, well air-conditioned and bright and airy. Good facilities: very comfortable beds, large fridge, kitchen, washing machine etc. and excellent soundproofing for the light sleepers. 3 mins to the beach. 4 mins to the Qpark for drivers. 0 minutes to some of the best French food you can find anywhere.

The apartment was exactly as described, clean , spacious and had everything inside we could ask for. There is also coffee machine and necessary tools for the house. Bathroom spacious and super clean, hairdryer was good as well as the towels. the property has a parking very well connected to the apartment through an elevetor. Also it is easy to reach the sea from side access. if necessary to move with bus the stop it is right in front of the main entrance as well as there is a supermarketing close by. the owner and co host are very nice and avaialble to answer via what s time at any time. check in was super easy and i would definitely reccomend to stay with them

I really liked the place, the house was clean en pretty big. The husband and his wife were really helpfull with everything . We have a nice stay !!

We enjoyed the house, traditional but well equiped (dishwasher, washing machine etc). Spaceful enough for family with 2 or 3 children with home-like atmosphere. We appreciated the garden, parking and possibity to taste tradional house renovated with respect to history of the place.

We really enjoyed the care and attention from our hosts, the outdoor space was private and huge. The rooms were very spacious and the bed very comfortable, and really enjoyed the living room and its comfy couch

I was debating whether or not to write a review on this gorgeous find. I really wanted to keep it a secret?! As the star rating predicted. A fabulous place to stay. Absolutely spotless and not looking tired at all. Very well maintained and looked after inside and out. It is exactly like the photos. A grand balcony with an incredible town view. The balcony is very well equipped and clean (lovely wooden table and chairs, 2 loungers, a beanbag, small tables) and Shaded most of the day, which believe me, you want in summer. The sun comes around in the afternoon so plenty of heat and sun at that point with a fantastic sunset you can only dream of. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you need, including a clean washing machine. Everything works. An air conditioning which is easy to set to your own preferences. The bed, which is a double bed, with a proper hotel standard mattress. We slept like babies. Honestly, it’s down to personal preferences when it comes to a bed, but it worked for us very well. The bathroom has a walk-in shower that is super hot and does not run out of hot water. It has a very good spray for washing your hair at the end of the day. Now the downsides. There aren’t any downsides. Lol!!! The owners have really created a home from home. If you have any questions during your stay you simply text them. You have a response in seconds. They really want to make sure you have a sublime stay. The location of the flat is central to both Juan Les Pins and Antibe's old town. 6/700 meters to both fronts. The apartment is part of a very well-maintained complex. All public areas are super clean. The pool in the courtyard is also well-maintained and super clean. The neighbourhood is surprisingly quiet during the day and very quiet at night. All in all, an absolute Gem. It is all you want on a well-deserved holiday. We strongly recommend this beautiful place.

The apartment was very well equipped and beautifully furnished. The central location, right in the heart of the charming old town, was especially nice. Outside there was lively bustle, inside it was peaceful. Without the air conditioning, it would have been too hot.

Quiet new building, clean, bright! Rooftop pool. Gym. Very friendly and they accomodated my bike in my room very happily! I got a great price considering how great it was

Everything, beautiful decor. Lovely lounge and bar area with great lounge music. Professional, kind and friendly staff. Delicious, varied breakfast. Excellent WiFi. Lovely pool to take a dip. Health Spa also available but did not try it.
