We were travelling between Calais and the Alps; and waking up to a beautiful lake view here was such a pleasure. The room was great for a family of 4. Parking was very easy in their car park. Peaceful and comfortable room. Very warm welcome. Breakfast provision was great, and I also enjoyed a lovely vegetarian meal in the evening (adapted veloute to start and roasted cauliflower and creamy vegetable ratatouille main). The children enjoyed space to stretch their legs outside beside the lake, and played table tennis and table football. They also enjoyed meals prepared for them in the restaurant. We did the same thing last year and came back because the hotel is lovely and comfortable and a good place to stop after a long drive. The family room was lovely and cosy, the sofa bed was all made up for the kids and we were very pleased with our room overall. Also the restaurant is lovely, the kids options are great, the champagne is great! And the breakfast is wonderful.
