Really appreciated the slots they have for kids between 9-11am and 3-5pm. Spa included in the price so well worth it if you can get to the spa during your stay, you can arrive before your check in time to be able to utilise it as well, handy. It was clean and had everything we needed. The restaurant was closed on Sunday night, but we were given recommendations of where we could eat and we got tickets for the castle from Reception. My daughter lost her favourite toy while we were there and we only realised when we were back in England. They not only found the toy, but also arranged for it to be sent back to us.
