It was a very nice place to spend for the weekend and not only. Very relaxing and warm area. Hardly recommend this accommodation. The landlord was very nice and friendly!

We stayed here after visiting Beauvais Cathedral. it is a really interesting chateau in a very quiet location. From what I was able to understand the owner is Iranian and has recruited Persian speaking Afghans to run the hotel and they did a good job (and spoke good French too). Chaumont-en-Vexin is very quiet in August and we ended up having to drive all the way over to Gisors to find a restaurant that was open for dinner.

The hosts were completely delightful and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. We were given an exceptional dinner which was delicious and creative along with a good choice of wine. A stay here is thoroughly recommended. Unfortunately the weather was not good enough for us to use the pool but it looked lovely.
