What an absolute gem! It is such a beautiful property and very well restored. Excellent service, fantastic breakfast, and close to town while also being quite remote.

The whole experience was wonderful it’s more like living in someone’s ancestral home for a few days not like a hotel. The food is the best we have ever had in any hotel worldwide! The grounds are simply stunning and we used the bicycles available to cycle. Arnaud the host is delightful and one helps yourself to the bar in the evenings (you need to remember what you drink for bill at end) and everyone sits down for dinner at same time. No lunches or afternoon tea available but that is the charm of it it’s not like a hotel. The bedrooms are beautiful with modern bathrooms and incredible views. In my view an absolute gem!
