La Petite Maison Clemenso was exactly what we needed for our family, including 2 teenage boys. Spotlessly clean and more than enough room, we would definitely go again if we revisit Taize and Cluny. Our hosts very welcoming. Fabulous!

My wife and I were made very welcome by the owners and later had a splendid meal in the Hotel. We had chosen the Hotel because of its proximity to the Voie Vert cycle track. As we were between Dijon and Macon hotels on the route are very welcome. The room we were given was very comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was good and the storage offered for our bikes was excellent.

We loved beautiful Cluny and it was nice that we could access the centre from our hotel. We arrived by bike & they secured a room for us to park them inside the hotel. We strongly recommend the hotel. The restaurant was very busy but we did not eat there as we had made other plans.

Outstanding !!! Well worth every penny . Hosts are so friendly and welcoming. The room is just perfect and the bed is ideal for a great nights sleep . Lotte’s smile made us feel instantly welcome! We arrived relatively late and headed out immediately afterwards for dinner (little did we know that they also have a table d’hôtes. Oh well, will try it next time). The room - La Cave - was spacious, very clean and a breath of fresh air after our first night in Tournus, where we did not have such a great night. The bed was very comfy and we slept very well despite being notoriously bad sleepers when on the road. Breakfast was lovely - home-made yoghurt, jam - and all kinds of other treats. Last but not least, Noortje is one of the best behaved dogs we’ve come across on our travels. They also directed us to the cave in Azé where we discovered some nice wines. We will most definitely be back!

    Easy to find private gite, car was safe, walking distance downtown/center, free bikes, super friendly landlord, ac, perfect for families, even with smaller kids, great bathroom, ... To pass the gate was not a problem, even with a bigger car if you can drive😉
