We only wish we could have stayed longer. The apartment is in an ancient building in the middle of the village, which is itself extraordinary, and has been sensitively restored instead of being over-modernised. It was actually huge, with three rooms plus a bathroom. Despite initial impressions it was actually very comfortable and really has everything you could possibly need. You could certainly stay here for several days or a week or two if you like the area (and what is there not to like about it?)

We loved absolutely everything. I can't find words to describe how perfect our stay was. The apartment is beautiful and in a stunning location. It offered us everyrhing we could have ever dreamed for and even more. The hosts are among the sweetest, kindest and most helpful people we have ever met. Just perfect.

In the middle of the medieval city. Very clean with nice add on: soap, tea coffe spices.. Very good instructions and nice host..

Hôtel Les Alizés is located in Puget-Théniers, just 100 metres from the train station. Guests can relax by the outdoor swimming pool or on the furnished terrace, by the garden.

The hotel is very spacious with a wide staircase that is easy to get up and down with suitcases etc. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The service of the hotel staff put this into the 'excellent' category because they went out of their way to get us to our friend's wedding in La Penne when there were no taxis picking us up, and again drove me to the day after event when there were no taxis picking up that day either. Without the friendly and helpful staff, we would have missed the wedding! Thank you so much for your help and for dealing with our limited French!

Was a nice self contained apartment which could sleep either in the double bed or one of the sofa beds in the main lounge rooms. Good base location for exploring the Gorges of Daluis and neighbouring Gorge du Cians. Washing machine was helpful after big days of hiking. Lovely quiet town to stay a few nights. And a great place to have dinner the food was fantastic.

I stayed as a single woman hiker, the owners went out of their way to make my stay comfortable.

Auberge et Gites de Sauze has a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Sauze. Guests can have a drink at the snack bar. At the inn, all rooms are fitted with a desk.
