We had two dinners at the property: the dinner in the "fancy" restuaruant on our evening of arrival. It was exceptional in every manner. The last night we had dinner in the "pub" and it too was wonderful. Both meals were fantastic. Breakfast was great too- there were many items from which to choose and everything we selected was tasty and plentiful. I enjoyed having champagne for breakfast too! What a treat!

Our host Jean-Luc greeted us nicely and was super helpful and thorough in his introduction. He does not speak much English but is was no problem at all as he used google translate on his phone is very good way. There is free parking in the street outside the building and if there is not room a large free parking lot is nearby. Also, the room had everything we needed and was perfectly clean and with a nice interior. We hope he has room for us next time we visit Épernay.

Location is perfect to visit the champagne area. Quiet street with nice surroundings. Property is very spacious, clean and very well equipped. Beds are comfortable and we enjoyed the barbecue, having bikes available also a great plus! Sylvie the owner is super kind and friendly, she lives next door and is always available. Great value for the price, already for a couple and if you come with more people to use the second room, even more. We will definitely recommend this stay to our friends that want to visit the area.
