The location was perfect - 15 mins from the festival venue (La Chaise-Dieu). Breakfast, brought to our terrace table by the host, was excellent. The Yourt was ideal for us as a couple and was extremely good value for overnight stays. Free off-road parking on the spot.

Everything ! Danny is the perfect Hostess, I’m always a little nervous about staying places when I’m alone but Danny made me feel like one of the family immediately. I spent a very fun evening and morning there with her and her friend as I waited for my car to be returned from the garage repairs that it needed. Super value for money too. 11 stars out of 10 !!!

Super location off the beaten track but only a ten minute drive back to Arlanc. Very warm welcome from Mary and Peter, excellent breakfast and glasses of wine to finish off the day, all reasonably priced. The room was as described - 'rustic', full of atmosphere that attaches to the entire building, converted from a barn, using rough hewn timber for panelling and decorative mosaic on the bathroom wall. Everywhere clean and bed comfortable.

We arrived quite late but were greeted by the owner. Lovely man who showed us around. We knew we had picked the perfect place once we stepped inside the charming and well presented old barn. Farming implements adorned the walls and were part of the ambience. We were shown to our room upstairs. The smell reminded me of quality leather. A warm place. Inside the room was a huge bed with comfortable bedding. A large sofa was at one end with a small table. Plenty of lighting and cushions galore. The room had dolls and animals, there was a pair of old wooden skies and a sledge from yesteryear. All in all the room was a comfortable place to stay. The shower was hot and powerful. The breakfast in the morning was lovely and traditional. Coffee was plentiful. A choice of breakfast was available. We were shown around the forge highlighting the old forge still visible in the living room downstairs. Overall I would definitely recommend this property.
