The location was great. In the proximity pf PER B (800 m) and Bus station outside. Fine and quiet appartement inside a residance. Very cosy and quiet. Professional landlord, with great communication and directions. Fully equipped and everything to have a wonderful stay there. Higly appreciated the very convenient bed. One of the best experiences I had through Booking.

We liked the generous living area with the 2 sofa beds and the beautiful mini garden out in the back. The kitchen and bathrooms had shampoo and soap for the dishes, despite also having a dishwasher.

I have just returned from an unforgettable stay at this accommodation. Upon my arrival, the owner demonstrated exceptional kindness and hospitality. He was not only punctual but also very welcoming. His detailed explanations immediately made me feel that I was in good hands. As I walked through the door, I was amazed by the beauty and elegance of the accommodation. The apartment is very true to the pictures. The design was of exquisite taste, combining modernity with classic touches to create a space that is both functional and pleasant to live in. What particularly struck me was the attention to detail in the decoration. From cushions well-matched to curtains, to art pieces wisely placed, to carefully chosen lighting, each element contributed to creating a warm and soothing atmosphere. The garden was simply magnificent. It was a true haven of peace, with its very tall majestic trees and comfortable garden furniture. It was the perfect place to sip coffee in the morning. As for the linens, they were impeccably clean and conveyed a luxury usually found in five-star hotels. The accommodation is located in a neighborhood that is a true green oasis. Not only is it very beautiful, but it also offers tranquility that allows you to really unwind and recharge while enjoying Paris. In summary, this stay went well beyond my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone in search of a memorable stay.

Everything was perfect, and the hosts were incredibly friendly. Amazing breakfast was served fresh every morning. Lovely, charming and safe neighbourhood!

In room 107 - a fantastic suite with really comfortable beds. The checkin staff were really polite and helpful. The pool is perfect for both a quick training swim but also messing around with the kids. The gym has a TechnoGym treadmill, cross trainer, bike and Concept2 rower - which are fantastic quality. There are not really any free weights (some light dumbells up to 3kg).
