Very nice home and its owners! The room was perfectly clean and quit. Nice bathroom and shower. The breakfast was prepared for the time we asked for. The parking is at the private territory with closing gates which we had a remote for.

We LOVED staying here on our way back to the UK. Sylvia and Michelle were such lovely hosts and helped us find the local swimming lake and recommended a lovely restaurant. We don’t speak much French, but with plenty of smiles and a bit of Google translate, we got there. The house is v well equipped with plenty of games for the kids. There is even a small menu of snacks and drinks you can order from- my husband was grateful of a few beers after our long journey. It was a hot day when we arrived but inside was cool. The kids especially liked the sunken bath over-looking the garden. Thank you for having us x

Very cozy place and friendly hosts. I really liked the apartment, it had everything you needed and delicious coffee. The location is very convenient for getting to know the surroundings and the tourist spots of Rouen. And we very enjoyed a walking to the forest and rive view spot close to accommodation. Breakfast with local products was very delicious!

Thomas the host was prompt and accommodating with responses to questions. The welcome pack was easy to read and understand. The apartment was very clean, nicely furnished with everything you would need. The view was lovely, beds comfortable. We especially loved the black out shutters. It was a little way out of the city centre, around 30 minute walk along main roads. I'd visit again.

    We only stayed for a night when travelling back to the UK, but were very surprised by a very welcoming, clean and well-located Ibis budget. Small thing for some, but even our children noticed how nice the rooms smelled. Thank you.

    Easy to check in. Our 2 rooms were adjacent to each other. The room was very clean. Compact but functional, with air conditioning. Secure on-site parking. Free WiFi, which kept our teenage children happy. Continental breakfast was great with plenty of choice. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

    I booked this hotel for my parents and they told me that the room was really good for family and could stay for 2 adults and 2 kids. Anyway, they're really enjoy with local market where was close to this hotel and was between hotel and tram station (to the city centre). Moreover, this hotel has the parking area and no change :)
