What a find. Needed a stop over heading back from the South and booked two nights. Staff are very friendly, rooms are clean and comfy, pool was fantastic and the breakfast and evening meal absolutely delicious. Will definitely use this next time we travel South. The whole family really enjoyed our stay.

We'll never forget this. One night, we got to the mansion after having dinner at a most charming local French restaurant that served such tender Stewed Beef, slow-cooked in the deepest red wine. We stepped out of the car, looked up, and saw the sky scattered with stars. Living in light-polluted cities, we never see this. The starry sky as a backdrop to the enchanting mansion was, magical. Thank you for your open and welcoming hospitality. Your homemade jams with fruits plucked from your garden and locally sourced cheeses nourished our bellies. They'd forgotten how good and pure food can taste. Thank you for all the tips and places to visit you shared. And, Mr. Eric, a special thank you for enriching our lives with your deep knowledge of the region's wine history. The stories you shared captivated our imagination.

We were looked after from start to finish. The food, the hospitality and the attention to detail were second to none. The food and drink is expensive but you get what you pay for…..it was fabulous and worth every penny. Highly recommend and will visit again when travelling back to Scotland.

A very comfortable gite, good bed, good shower, plenty of equipment. Parking. Would be suitable for a family week or more, we were only there two nights.
