The location just outside Saumur was very convenient. When approaching the hotel through the narrow alley the excitement increases. The reception by the staff was great and very friendly. The room decoration is very creative, yet completely functional. The cave swimming pool is simply fantastic. We drank the 1/2 bottle of complimentary wine on the terrace in front of the hotel. Breakfast in the morning was excellent.

Very cosy flat with everything you need, including comfortable beds. The communication with Charles was very good and he welcomed us with our bikes.

Very comfortable, cozy and freshly renovated place in an amazing touristique village of Turquant. It's made of traditional bricks just like the chateau de la Loire. It's just beside the Pomme Tappé Museum and Restaurant . Beds are very comfortable with very clean bedding. Perfect if you're with kids. My three kids loved it and slept there very well. Everything you need in the kitchen and a cable TV. Fantastic place for a weekend escape and walking around the caves. We had a fantastic stay and loved it. The hosts are very nice! The place is charming!

Close to the centre of Saumur, the hotel Anne D'Anjou is overlooking the river and has a view of the chateau above.

Location: very convenient; just below the chateau. Staff: very friendly and helpful staff. The staff helped us to call taxi to Musee des blindes on the first day. On the second day, the staff also helped to offer us a ride to train station by private car. Since we did not have time for breakfast, staff gave us croissants for free!

The room brings you back in the Indiana Jones movies and all those 1800 early 1900 movies and period. The apartment is i the addict of a house, it has two rooms and . It has a free public parking space (there are several in front of the building)- As it was a free day/national day we did not care about if we need to pay for the parking.... Out of the pictures you can see it is a special kind of apartment, but once you actually open it you enter the mesmerizing world that was prepared for you! A lot of antiques (from coins, old books, old type writers, even an old BB gun to furniture all is amazing). But then you have a modern kitchen with all the up to date devices (philips sense coffee machine, oven, washing machine, etc) all blended in such a way that you are still transported back in time but with the 2025 devices. Cool! . WIFI working, TV working , very modern kitchen. A family with 2 kids spent here 2-3 hours discovering the apartment, taking cool pictures. The idea of the apartment is that of an 1800 explorer tent in the middle of Africa /safari! I must say , we were impressed, we were blown away! So much fun. For one night stay , it took us a lot of fun time to explore the inside of the "tent"

Beautiful chateau full of heritage. Very lovely staff. Interiors of the chateau were well preserved and filled with character. The bed was really comfortable and we slept very well. Lift available for convenience.

The property has been lovingly restored and fitted out with 21st century amenities. Excellent wifi and a very good shower. A large room which was thoughtfully laid out. The use of a fridge and microwave was much appreciated. This is a really top class B and B.
