Perfect from start to end the owners couldn’t help us enough, property was spotless everything was there we didn’t need to bring anything, location is 1 minute walk to main place where there was pubs to swimming pools to bingo to arcades

As a last minute Christmas week break at the seaside with two boys it was absolutely perfect! Great location, so much room, spotlessly clean and so homely. We were all so relaxed and wished we had longer. Already looking forward to coming back!

A perfect B&B/hotel for a cycle traveller as I am. Spacious and comfortable room/bathroom. Bar and restaurant in the house, so I don't have to go looking for a dinner in the evening. Excellent breakfast.

This place was a wonderful find. Boutique hotel in a lovely location. Superb room with exceptional furnishings. It had loads of little touches, including a little night light behind the toilet so you didn't need to fumble round in the dark looking for the loo! Loads of condiments and had a kettle and a coffee maker. Great linens and a wonderful breakfast. We had a family meet up there and they put us in a private room and made the night so special it was amazing. Can't recommend enough.

Breakfast was excellent, view over the harbour while having our meals was very nice. All of the staff were very friendly. I have been going to Bridlington since the 1950’s. I moved to Canada in 1969 but returned many times and quite a few of them to Bridlington. It has an era charm that I truly find nice.
