The location was really beautiful, in the countryside with incredible views, especially from our room! It was exceptionally quiet so we slept really well. The room design was gorgeous, comfy bed and spotlessly clean. Continental breakfast is included, along with lovely homemade produce; you can buy additional cooked brekkie too which we did one morning, and it was delicious! The small town of Tenbury Wells was less than a 10-minute drive from the accommodation. We travelled from Ireland so rented a car - highly advise to have your own transport as the place is rural, however, there are taxi services in Tenbury Wells. This is a new business ran by a really lovely, welcoming family, and we felt very comfortable and well looked after! Definitely recommend :)

We spent a couple of days there for a birthday celebration and It has been such a lovely experience. Staff has been so welcoming and everything has been superb. In our room we found fresh apples and some coffee and biscuits and we loved it. The spa is so beautiful, the pool is a dream and the restaurant bar warm and cosy. We took a couple of cocktails after dinner and we enjoyed the outside area. We couldn't ask more. All the staff members made the whole experience even better with their genuine and passionate way. We cannot wait to come back

Quality and professionalism of staff. We arrived unavoidably late but restaurant and kitchens remained open for us thereby earning our eternal gratitude for rescuing what could have been a disastrous evening. Evening meal was very good for all in our small group. Wine list interesting and young Portugese wine offered most pleasant. Accommodation and environment very good. Breakfast excellent and I would certainly recommend this establishment.
