Truly Exceptional! From the moment I stepped inside this charming retreat, I knew it was something special. The host went above and beyond to make the stay feel like home. The space is not only beautiful, but it’s also incredibly well thought-out, with every little detail taken care of. The décor is stylish, cozy, and welcoming, blending modern touches perfectly. The living area was bright and airy, and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Oh did I mention the 100% eqyptian cotton towels. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials minus kitchen tissue roll but that was absolutely no problem – There was also fresh milk and a chilled water bottle in the fridge which was a lovely gesture. The location is peaceful, but close enough to explore both the city and the surrounding nature. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and full of character. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the host. Their communication was prompt and friendly, and they made sure everything went smoothly during check in and out. A host who genuinely cares about their guests’ experience. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. If you’re considering booking, do yourself a favor and don’t hesitate – this place is a hidden gem!

The location is optimal for an overnight rest before an early flight. Having a restaurant on site with good operating hours was key to our level of comfort. The staff were all friendly and professional. Especially, Nicky at reception - she went above and beyond in gaining wheelchair assistance from the Gatwick airport to get is through initial phases of checking in the morning we departed. Thank you, Nicky!

Mainly the service offered by all your staff from the reception to dinner / bar service congratulation to your staff choice ---- keep this level room was perfect and all was nice & clean white tunnel arriving south part LGW was not easy to be found - may be you place a sign as Sofitel LGW on the south terminal in addition - might be helpful ;)

Lovely building and surrounding area, so relaxing. The spa was a good way to unwind on arrival. The outdoor terrace has an amazing outlook and was a great place for a drink. The staff were all very attentive and helpful.
