Went to reception to complain about the noise from next door, nothing changed. Families leaving kids unattended so they can drink and children doing what they like. Phone didn’t work in room so had to walk down to reception to report. I am a mum myself and know how hard it can be away from home with children but this was something else. It was super clean and a beautifully designed space which is suitable for couples as well as a small family just like us who had a baby with us. The host was so wonderful and met our every need, always checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Family room was very big with 2 large double beds for us and our 2 children. Also on quiet corridor. Everything clean. Bathroom a little dated but perfectly functional. Didn’t have breakfast but used the pool which was great.
