Upon booking, Sian (the owner) contacted me personally to introduce herself a d to offer any information that may be useful during our stay. If I had any further queries, Sian responded quickly and was most helpful. Upon our arrival, the outside of the property was very welcoming with beautiful flowers a little table and chairs to use as this is the only outside space (no problem with that). Once we enter, we were very happy. It was beautifully decorated and there were fresh based flowers, a chilled bottle of Cava and even fresh milk, tea, coffee and sugar. There was beautiful linen on the bed, fresh large towels and it was all beautifully clean. We are a couple of minutes walk to the sea front and a leisurely walk of about 8 minutes took us into the centre of town and pier. We are so happy to have found this little gem and will most certainly stay again. Thank you Sian ❣️

The studio was bright, clean, and well-equipped. Even though Old Shoreham Road is busy, the unit was quiet and private. The WiFi internet worked well. The hostess was very intent on looking after our needs and making sure our stay was comfortable.
